About us

A church that started on Facebook Live

First we preached online. Then we opened our doors in Holyoke.

How we began

Iglesia de Dios Levantando al Caído began with services on Facebook Live, and that is how we met for a few months.

Then we registered the church in Massachusetts and opened our building at 104 Suffolk Street in Holyoke. We have been there for 2 years now, and our food pantry runs alongside the church.

We are a non-denominational Protestant church: we do not belong to any denomination.

Our name means “Church of God, Lifting Up the Fallen.” The words on our logo say what we hope to be:

Un lugar donde Dios restaura vidas.

“A place where God restores lives.” The church’s motto

What we believe

We are a Protestant Christian church.

Pending The church’s statement of faith. If there is none in writing, the pastor can send the main points and we will write it up with him.
